I think the key to falling in love in the year 2013 and above, is to mentally project yourself into a new being by throwing away any understanding of romanticism, old fashioned love or prince and princess love stories. Delude yourself into believing that they don’t exist. If you can approach every possible love situation with that cynical, “I’m not gonna fall too hard right away,” state of mind, then it’s possible that when the right time comes along and the things line up correctly that you’ll be able to see yourself, and allow yourself to fall blindly… and have the right person catch you.
