Broken doll on the wall
Sits up so high
Everyone thinks she’s happy
But they don’t know why
Why her porcelain skin is cracked
And her smile no longer straight
You can glue her back together
But you can’t change her fate
She’s the broken doll
High up on the wall
Keep her happy while she’s there
Cause Inevitably she will fall
Broken doll laying flat
Face down on the floor
Pick yourself up now
And head to that door
You don’t know what’s behind it
You don’t know what’s in store
All you know is there’s promise
And that’s more than there was before
Broken or not, she’ll take the spotlight
Her wide eyes open to see
The mirror staring back at her
The broken doll is me

Hey there! I know this is kinda off topic but I’d figured I’d ask.
Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest authoring a blog article or vice-versa?
My blog goes over a lot of the same subjects as yours and I feel we could greatly benefit from each other.
If you might be interested feel free to send me an e-mail.
I look forward to hearing from you! Great blog by the way!
